I support clients from a strength/empowerment perspective, as it is my belief, even when you don’t feel equipped, you have everything you need to take the next step in life. During our therapy sessions, it is my goal to ensure you feel safe, supported, comfortable & confident.
My therapeutic beliefs derive from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together we will work on battling negative self-talk, building self-confidence and encouraging a sense of control over your mental health.
Since my career started in the school setting, I have extensive experience working with children. I incorporate play-based interventions as I am a believer that play is the language of children. I believe my role in therapy is to work collaboratively with clients to identify, evaluate, and modify any presenting patterns bringing discomfort in life.
I absolutely enjoy supporting client’s transition through life but when I am not supporting clients, I am laughing with family and friends, reading a Colleen Hoover book, roller skating, or binge watching a Netflix series.

- 15-minute Phone/Video Consult: Free
- 50-minute Individual Session: $105

Cancel/Reschedule: at least 24 hours advance notice
