My therapeutic orientation is eclectic. The base of my practice is cognitive-behavioral, meaning that I will assist the client with battling irrational thoughts and changing behavior. I also utilize solution-focused and person-centered views to ensure that the client’s goals are the center of therapy and are accomplished in an efficient manner. I acknowledge that every client is unique and deserves a safe, caring environment as they travel in their therapeutic journey. I pride myself in being relatable and making people feel at ease.
